Congratulations to Aidan McLaughlin, MASFAA’s 2025-2026 Volunteer of the Year!

Aidan is recognized for his work with the Membership & Technology Committee and was nominated by co-chairs Kat Delgrosso and Jillian Glaze.  His nominators share that, “Aidan joined the Membership and Technology Committee this year and has been a fantastic addition! His primary contribution has been keeping our website event posts current and accurate.  What has stood out most is how wonderfully responsive he is. Every time we’ve reached out with an update request, Aidan has turned it around quickly, even during the busy times of the year when we know everyone is stretched thin.  For a first-year volunteer, that kind of reliability is rare and genuinely valuable, especially in a role that isn’t in the spotlight. We can count on him, and that makes everything run more smoothly.”
