MASFAA Volunteer Form

Please complete this form if you would like to volunteer to work on any MASFAA committee for the upcoming year.  We can’t wait to work with you!

We recommend that you select more than one committee as some committees may currently have a full roster or they may have concluded their work for the year. If you volunteer for more than one committee, you may be contacted by each one. You are under no obligation to join every committee that you volunteer for and you will have an opportunity to attend meetings before choosing the right committee for you.

To volunteer for a committee, click the Join this Committee button for up to three committees.  Once you have made your choice(s), please click the blue Submit Your Choices button at the bottom of the screen.  Chairs from the committees you have chosen will receive your information and be in touch with you soon.
