Become an exhibitor at the 2026 MASFAA Fall Conference!

 

One of MASFAA’s missions is to empower its members to be educated, engaged, and effective professionals.  We accomplish this by providing training opportunities for financial aid professionals and other constituencies; advocating for financial aid resources, as well as conducting active outreach to low-income and first-generation students to assure their access to higher education.

MASFAA committee members are diligently creating trainings and content for the 2026-2027 academic year. We can provide these exceptional professional development opportunities for our membership, due in large part, to the financial support of our sponsors. Our success is contingent upon our sponsors; we are thankful for your commitment and welcome your presence at this in person 2026 MASFAA Conference.

MASFAA Sponsorship Guidelines 2026/2027

  1. Logos for display relative to sponsorship opportunities must be submitted via email to the Development Chair, Shawn Morrissey at smorrissey@mefa.org prior to November 13, 2026. If you sponsored the 2025 conference, there is no need to submit a logo unless it has changed since last year.
  2. Sponsor gifts or giveaways are not required. If the sponsor chooses to distribute any items, they must be of nominal value (i.e., less than $10 fair market value).
  3. All prize drawings, including scholarships, are prohibited.
  4. Sponsors are prohibited from organizing, sponsoring, or conducting any social activities directed towards conference attendees before, during or after the conference.
  5. Sponsors can organize, sponsor, or conduct non-social events, such as focus, advisory, or user groups, where only non-alcoholic beverages and light snacks may be served.
  6. Becoming a sponsor does not include annual individual membership dues.
  7. The sponsorship structure is subject to change on an annual basis.
  8. Please note that you must still register for the conference. You will not be automatically registered.  If you are sponsoring at Gold Level, please indicate on your registration form who will receive the one free registration. A code will be emailed to the person designated to receive the free registration they can use during check out when they register for the conference. All other members of your organization that wish to attend must also complete a registration separately for the conference at cost. Register at org/events.
  9. Every effort will be made to make the most of our sponsors visibility by placing their exhibitor table in a great location. Table selection will be available on a first come/first serve basis, based on the date and time the sponsorship form has been completed and submitted.
