The Annual MASFAA Conference Registration is now live! The in-person event will be held on November 17-18th, 2022, at the Hotel 1620 in scenic Plymouth, MA.

This year we have two amazing keynote speakers, Natalie K. Hodge and Judy Hu.

Natalie is a writer, producer and owner/founder of Rudy’s Girl Media, a Virginia based multimedia content development company. She has trained, supervised and coached hundreds of college students. Her most important work has been to inspire young people to identify and tap into their purpose. She has produced three film/television projects and published three books. Check out Natalie’s work at www.RudysGirl.com.

Judy’s talk will dive into the concept of Working Remotely which has impacted so many of our lives by exploring:

  • The concept of Work-Family Interface – and how individuals differ in terms of setting boundaries between different life domains, and how to navigate misalignment between our preferred work-family boundaries and what our organizations expect
  • The concept of an “Always On” Culture  – and how this encroaches on family/life domains, and how we can cultivate better technological behaviors individually and within our workgroups.
